"The property is in a great location and is very pleasant to stay in. Staff are great and very accomodating, please be aware there are a lot of homeless/rough sleepers in the area. Some might find it slightly uncomfortable. The area itself is like any big city. Not the hotels fault but something to consider when booking. "

"Rambla was clean, staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. The digital keys didn't work on my phone vut a quick call and we were let in by staff and then we organised a fob for access. Roof top garden was lovely too."
