Close to sunshine plaza and restaurants swimming pool great buffet. Tanui Duty Manager very helpful and knowledgable other person on with her didnt know what he was doing could not finalise bill there and then sent out invoice wrong name on it incompetent had a late checkout didnt know how to reactivate my card just made shuttle bus to airport still havent received my bond back stayed 8th to 13th of October

Second time staying at this hotel, and it was again an excellent experience. Rooms feel fresh and new still, very clean and have a nice warm feel. The location is very handy to the beach, nice cafes and Sunshine Plaza. It’s also perfect for people who just need a comfortable place to sleep rather than a full resort-style stay, as the rooms are on the smaller side but very well designed. Will definitely stay here again and think it’s excellent value.

Well presented hotel with welcoming staff. Allowed me to check in about an hour early. Observations were 1 of the 2 lifts not working,sheets are not crisp, they were clean but not what I normally expect. The buffet breakfast is expensive at $35 (you can get it at $25 if you commit to everday of your stay). The drinks at the bar were also expensive and the room service menu was unbelievably limited. As a business traveller I would stay there again - a Coles is a close walk to get groceries. Of note - there wereno bowls in the room

Parking $20 per day using Park&Go across the road, validate ticket at Reception as many times in 1 day OR outside 2 hour parking, Safe to park car overnight on street. Used Laundry on level 8 - $2 per load. Microwave on level 8 too. Breakfast was good, but didn't accommodate much for gluten free options, I asked for gluten free toast. Only cow milk coffee machine, asked for Almond milk to be heated up to make an espresso coffee.
