"Awesome staff"

"Our room was newly renovated and well laid out. Having the toilet seperate to the main bathroom is particular handy when staying with kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. The night manager was so lovely when we booked in, and genuinely made us feel so welcome. Some other areas did look quite tired, and I don't know if all rooms were as updated as ours. It was very close to most of the tourist attractions, we had a great stay. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the water pressure in the shower, the bed was really comfortable, and the car parking add-ons with Courtesy shuttle to and from airport area plus for a future stay. Thanks to the staff. "

"The concrete in the community areas was quite dirty. The unit itself was not the cleanest with grime on the floor and some small cockroaches and ants causing problems. The hair dryer in the room was very noisy and on it's last legs. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy and about die."
