"We booked hotel when it was the Tankstream. It was taken over by Rydges about 3 weeks before we came. Room was small but we knew that before we came and it was all that we needed for one night before our cruise. Very convenient location in CBD. Very busy area though but very walkable. Close to George St where the restaurants and night life is. Short Uber ride to Cruise Terminal. Breakfast buffet was the normal fare you would expect. All good."

"Great checkin assistance with parking. Very nice stay overall. Unfortunately bed a bit soft and low irritating noise from outside as well as neighbouring room. Aircon fan was noisy. "

"I stayed two nights at the Mayfair Hotel in Adelaide in late January, and overall, my experience was mostly positive. The location is fantastic, right at the top of Rundle Mall, and a short walk or free tram ride to Adelaide Central Market. The Luxury King Room was comfortable with a lovely bed and a great bath. I stayed on a high floor in a quiet corner, keeping street noise to a minimum. I did hear frequent door slamming and other noise from within the hotel which may just be the heritage...
