Apart from the few painting defects from quite possibly a partial renovation within the room, it was a really nice place to stay, everything in surfers was within walking distance and from the balcony you could drink in the local ambience. The elevators got really busy however and there weresome long waits for a tripup or down to the pool, reception and rooms. Totally reccomend!

Property was great, the best located hotel on surfers. staff friendly, the only bugbear was the elevators. They all didn’t seem to operate efficiently. On peak periods you can be waiting 20 minutes to get one. I had a big delay at checkout trying to get a lift down. Fortunately the concierge was great and helped out in the situation

Facilities were older which I have no problem with. However, the pool area upon arrival was a disaster, food and empty drinks everywhere and garbage all around. Then there were the cockroaches in our room. Upon mentioning this to the front desk employee I received a meek , sorry.
