My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very accommodating. We felt safe walking to and from. We would stay here again.

This hotel’s location is perfect and convenient if you’re in town! It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooftop bar is amazing with an inside view of Petco stadium. Highly recommend. I can’t wait to go back!

The property was okay. Loved the esthetics in the lobby and rooftop bar. My room was just okay. I was truly looking for more of a boutique feel and really it was just a regular old hotel room. Nothing chic about it. Loved the staff though. Angel, Sergio and another young man (forget name) working rooftop bar.

Good location, a few blocks from Gas-Lamp district. No self-parking available, you will have to use the valet services if you intend to park at the property. Friendly and helpful staff, decent rooms. Nice roof-top restaurant, easy to walk to the tourist destinations.

The area where is located is great and close to many places to visit. The charge for daily valet parking is expensive but is a parking garage near the hotel.

Would not recommend staying here. Extremely rude front desk staff. Very noisy rooms that kept us up almost the entire night. Stayed 2 nights and complained about air conditioning both nights, were told that they’ll be sending in some sort of a fan that never arrived. Espresso machine not working at breakfast. Didn’t get the feel of any other Indigo property we have stayed at.
