"Claire - Reception Desk made us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door, she made my birthday special by taking care of the car park fees and gave me a complimentary gift for my birthday. The surroundings are clean and elegant. The bedroom was very clean, spacious and quiet. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the dinner menu is limited, needs to offer more options for vegans, vegetarians and pescaterians. "Perfect for an early flight. So close to the terminal. Lovely large atrium as you enter. Very stylish. Wish we could have made more use of the facilities but we arrived late and departed very early. Only slight negative was a very slow running drain in the shower. Room was very pleasant, quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Good facilities in the room. (Tea, coffee, iron, toiletries) overall, agreat stay."
