"Couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotel room. We didn’t arrive until about 1930hrs, but was greeted by a lovely lady on reception, who asked if we wanted to eat that evening (which we didn’t) & if we needed breakfast (which we didn’t). We paid our £10 as we had been successful in an upgrade request online earlier in the day &, boy, was it worth it. A stunning view from our room (107) of the garden & golf course. "Good welcome, nice room,lovely pool. Lovely large bed, but sadly very small sheets that didnt even cover the mattress- surely thats basic? Very disappointed at what was very sloppy housekeeping. "

"Rooms were not cleaned to a very good standard, lots of bits on the floors, behind sofa and beds. Very dusy in bathroom on window cill. Mirrors were very streaky. Room smelt very musty on arrival even though the windows were left open before we arrived."
