"The way to get to the place is dirt, you have to be very cautious and slow. They did not respect the reservation of a double room and they gave me a single, they commented that they had problems with Expedia / Oyo, which I do not agree with being the one affected and even so they did not offer any refund for changing rooms or a note of having paid in the place (they only accept cash and they wanted to charge me more than the reservation). The place in general needs cleaning in the common areas...

"The hotel is sprawling and difficult to navigate immediately post check-in. Construction work is currently being undertaken and the persistent noise of drilling is extremely annoying. When booking I was not made aware of this. Some of the onsite restaurants are not as good as others onsite. The staff are friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will probably return in the future. "
