This is the reason for 3 stars on the staff even though it was likely one employee out of hundreds. The staff was otherwise extremely helpful and kind! "Really enjoyed this place, close to everything, no need to drive anywhere, pool and jacuzzi very nice, and beach access a plus. Condo was very clean and and kitchen had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."
