"Good location, Bucerias is a small village and far enough from the PV density, but close enough for easy access to airport and services. Property has all one needs in a resort, with great amenities (kayaks, boards, bikes, tennis, pickleball, etc.), good beach access with plenty of chairs (if you go early) Structure is a bit dated, might use some renovation.
