"I had a very comfortable bed & slept a very long time 11pm-9am. The room is well-furnished & the staff are most accommodating. I am disabled, so when I checked in they wanted to ensure that I could manage the steps into the bathroom. When I checked out, a staff member took my wheelie to reception whilst I got the lift."

"This is one of the best stays we have enjoyed in a hotel. Everything was amazing and we felt so relaxed. The staff are helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. We had intended to eat out but ended up enjoying our meals in the hotel. It is exceptionally clean and well presented with attention to detail. The riverside walk into Oxford is a bonus. "We enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely. We stayed on a Monday evening and were disappointed that the Marco Pierre White’s restaurant was not open on a Monday. Leo’s bar was not a comfortable alternative very much a bar, and not where we would have chosen to eat. Also the limited menu was extremely expensive.
