The hotel was quite modern and well decorated. The cleanliness was questionable. We stayed for two nights and I had bite marks all over my body. I did not see any bed bugs but I definitely have several bumps. The spoons in the room were dirty. And there was lots of hair all over the bathroom. The breakfast is great and the laundry facilities were excellent! Again the decor was very hip and modern. Perhaps a little work on cleaning is needed. Also thanks to the hotel staff, my partner left their AirPods in the room we discovered this much later and the staff were able to retrieve them from the room and we picked them up the following day which was very kind!

Modern and clean hotel. Good breakfast buffet selection. 5-min walk from Southern Cross Station and Skybus terminal. Also close to tram stops within the free tram zone. Nice Korean restaurant and Vietnamese restaurant/cafe next door.

Some issues with housekeeping. One of the staff did not clean the room at all. Only replaced towels. Breakfast menu could be rotated too so that guests wohld not end up eating almost the same food everyday. Apart from that, it is extremely convenient as it is walking distance to a lot of food options

For a four star hotel, the "housekeeping" is very lax, for 3 days, all they did was come in and haphazardly made the bed. "Room service" involves going down to reception to get a meal on a paper plate in glad wrap, and being served badly cooked fish with cold and salty sweet potato fries. Apart from the friendly young man who checked me in, the staff treat you like a bothersome burden that they can do without. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with the experience, the only reason I ended up staying was because it was close to Southern Cross Station. The staff need a good long and hard think about the experience they are delivering customers, because this is certainly not a twelve hundred dollar experience.

You pay $300 per night and you don’t get robes ,you ask for towels or hangers and they could not give till next day because household staff went home?? They have 4 wash machines and all we’re broken. No shaver plugs.

Nice property but room cleaning staff didn’t take old dishes which is gross. They were left sitting for 2 days. Don’t bother eating there as the food is rank. The burger was probably one of the worst I’ve had and breakfast was very average. Try the Korean downstairs, it’s delicious!
