"1500 checkin but we were not given a room til after 1535. Hotel a "little tired". Dust on coffee table and desk tops. Bathroom clean but a little dingy. Great location if attenfing a show at Princess theatre. No free to air television channels Not a 5 star as it is supposed to be rated. We were given a room upgrade as the room was still not ready by the time they gave us the room."

"My stay was amazing. From the minute I walked in, the hospitality was top notch. My room was spotless. A fantastic feature (for me anyway) is lights could be controlled right from the bed. The room also had an under the bed soft light that kept it light enough to get to the restroom without having to turn on any other lights — but not too light to be disruptive.
