"We arrived early after our overnight flight and they were happy to store our bags until our room was ready. When we returned, our bags had already been moved to our very spacious room. There were complimentary water bottles, toothbrushes and toothpaste along with the usual shampoo soap etc. After about an hour, they called to see if we needed anything.We’ve been very happy with the accommodations."

"Funny sort of place in some ways really nice but in others not so good. Had an unpleasant run in with another guest when parking our car, he had blocked the hotel car park entrance and when I pointed this out the staff failed to do anything about it and just got huffy. Also if you have over size 34 waist you may have trouble getting into the shower I have never seen a shower door so narrow. "

"The room was beautiful. Beautiful view of Darling Harbor. The staff was friendly, helpful with recommendations for meals. Concierge made dinner reservations within walking distance and booked a private boat ride. We will be back to the Langham.5stars"
