"This historic home was a pleasure to stay in. It was like stepping back in time. We shared the bathroom with one other couple, whom we never saw. We had the music room, which was at the front of the property. There is a railway not far away and we were a little concerned about the noise however once evening came the train noise was greatly reduced and we didn't hear them again until morning. There is a restaurant downstairs, we didn't have time to try it out. That went quiet by 10pm so no...

"We stayed in cottage at the back. Bed good. breakfast was good and Kevin very nice.. very very quiet. Nice gardens. Easy walk to pubs and takeways"

"Nice modern room with good kitchen facilities and large bathroom, bed was really comfy and the room was clean. Had tea, coffee, sugar, and milk when we arrived and the toiletries smelt lovely! It’s in a good location about 10 mins walk from Byron Bay centre along the beach and had parking outside. There is a pool but we didn’t use that on this occasion as only there one night. There was a very helpful lady when we arrived, she wasn’t staff but she helped us get the keys as there weren’t staff...

"We booked two rooms , butterfly room for the kids and miners room for us . Rooms were great as advertised , nice area to have breakfast with the kids out the back and good kitchen facilities for a basic breakfast . "

"Location was so easy to access public transportation to both Perth and Fremantle. The studio was quiet and safe within the property of the owner, right beside a park with lots of birds. The owner was very friendly and offered to transport us from the airport. "

"We stayed in the Miners Cottage with a bathroom for 1 night. It was very clean and quiet. Good walking distance to shops restaurants etc. I recommend The Priory as a convenient stopover or short stay. "

"Extremely clean and nicely renovated for an older property. Grounds very well maintained. Best breakfast of any hotel we have been to. Pity no restaurant and bar. Couldnt fault it otherwise. "
