Staff let me in and confirmed that all reservations had been transferred to Holiday Inn, Wembley, but this had not been communicated ahead of my trip and I had no choice but to accept the transfer. "This property is probably one of the best I've stayed in in London I really enjoy the atmosphere and the general look of the hotel the rooms are always immaculate and almost feel Boutique and very high class fixtures and fittings to make you feel cozy and beyond suite is always fully equipped and clean there's extra glasses cups and always coffee and tea available I cannot felt this face one a little bit and I love it and I'll come back again"
