"I arrived at Holiday Inn Brent Cross to find the doors locked. Staff let me in and confirmed that all reservations had been transferred to Holiday Inn, Wembley, but this had not been communicated ahead of my trip and I had no choice but to accept the transfer. " While I thought the hotel was beautiful, the environment felt a bit stuffy. The staff was pleasant, but thats all. The room was maintenanced every afternoon, but there are issues wirh the structure and such that need fixed or updated. Overall, good enough place. Good location for transportation. "
