"This a perfect place to stay when in London. Close to everything that we wanted to see and experience including historical sites, restaurants and shopping. The staff was professional and we could not have asked for more related the room and view of the Thames. "

The rooms were clean and very high tech with everything controlled from an iPad. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A special shoutout to Rishi, a tall Australian young man who was always helpful and had a big smile on his face! Thank you Rishi - you helped make our stay a wonderful experience. "

"Stayed for three nights. Requested twin beds and they were pretty comfortable. Arrived at room and a maintenance man was in it trying to unplug the toilet. After that all was good. It had a kettle and a fridge which was handy. Access to a taxi via the concierge was handy and they were gracious. The hallways were a bit noisy in the morning. I think it was staff having a chat before starting…not really sure. Close to shopping and dining was a big plus. Walked from Paddington but cabbed it back to Paddington as it was a bit too far with luggage. Thanks for a nice stay."
