Tiny rooms, and I mean tiny, but clean, comfortable, and fantastic location. Rooms this central are usually significantly dearer, albeit with more space, but as a solo traveller for a night or two no issues. If you're in London as a family, or even a couple, these are not rooms to hang out in - no writing desk, no comfy sofa, not even a wardrobe, but you get a comfy bed, decent telly, shower and loo, all clean and in good condition.
As a location, well you're absolutely I'm the heart of Soho and all that entails (and Soho has generated hugely in the past decades). Theatres close by, supermarket behind your block, tube close by, restaurants from the achingly hip to media regulars to overpriced tourist traps. Soho stuff.
Has 24h reception, the staff I met were all fabulous.
