"We booked an executive twin room for the 3 of us for my mums birthday. Check in took a little while but there was a gentleman handing out water to people waiting which was a nice touch. The room was lovely and spacious, even with the double sofa bed out. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Free drinks in the mini bar and plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room to keep us going. Access to the executive lounge was a bonus where we grabbed some snacks and drinks after a long day shopping. Lots of choice at breakfast, staff couldn't be more accomodating and wondeful. The only downside I could say is that the lifts did take a while. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely be back! "

"Everything was great,front desk,breakfast staff,cleaning staff and room. Would definitely book again and recommend. Everything is close by,food, transportation,Paddington Station and sightseeing. "

"Wonderful experience at the Royal Horseguards! Wonderful staff! Wonderful accommodations! Wonderful restaurants! The “Full English” breakfast buffet was amazing! Definitely recommended getting the breakfast included option. All staff at this hotel were excellent!! Location is absolutely perfect!! Literally across street from underground station… Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace… all these spots are like 1-2 miles from hotel. Great spot!! Be back to Royal Horseguards for sure! Top Shelf establishment!! "

"Excellent location, with sauna, steam and spa. Breakast was included which made the package even better. Staff we excellent. Facilities great including meeting options. I also dined at Ming (part of the hotel) and the food and service were excellent."
