"A lovely hotel in the city centre, afternoon tea was amazing, staff are professional and hotel clean. Only issue we had was a wooden baton on top of the trouser press , it had 2 panel pin nails showing that I cut myself on. "

The spa is very relaxing with pool, jacuzzi, sream room and sauna.We didnt use the treatment side of it or the gym but definitely recommend. Rooms very spacious and beds are super comfy. "Excellent location close to Chester, only a 10 mi ute drive and about £8 to £10 in a taxi. Public areas very clean, as was the room. Very good size bedrooms and effective heating, a bonus when it is cold! Good leisure facilities too"
