The pools were pristine, and we especially loved the variety of options—there was something for everyone, from a lively pool with activities to a quieter, more serene space to relax. The food was incredible! The all-inclusive dining options were diverse, with everything from international cuisine to local specialties. Each meal felt like a treat, and the themed dinners were a nice touch. The bars served delicious cocktails, and we appreciated the variety of drink options available throughout the day. Our villa 59 was perfectly close to the beach in White Sends Resort and the room with view of lush green exotic Flora. The concierge team (Ceilo and David) were fantastic in introducing us to various events. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Palladium Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway. It's a perfect blend of luxury, fun, and excellent service—We will definitely be coming back!"

"My stay at NAALA Hotel in Tulum was fantastic! The hotel is in a perfect location, making it super easy to walk everywhere—whether to nearby restaurants, shops, or attractions. The room itself was beautiful, modern, and comfortable, with a lovely touch of greenery on the deck that added both charm and privacy. One small downside was seeing guests hang their wet clothes on the railings, which took away from the otherwise stylish and clean aesthetic of the hotel. Other than that, everything was excellent. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in Tulum, I highly recommend NAALA Hotel!"
