"I went with my partner in mid-January, the hotel is accessible to everything, 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean, they smelled good, the included breakfast was good, hot and cold options, fruits, good coffee, fresh every day and the area clean. "I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and well maintained this property is. It's a classic downtown hotel so it's kind of a maze to get around, but once you've mastered that, it's a fantastic stay! One of the few downtown hotels with a pool, plus the parking was convenient and the cheapest I could find for this area of the city. The restaurant was tasty (especially the raspberry cheesecake!) Service was excellent. Towels were soft and big. Bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay here...
