We have been staying at the Omni for the last decade and this was the first trip where we were very disappointed. The front desk staff were unprofessional and did not present as though they wanted to be there. They indicated the room would be serviced but we didn’t receive housekeeping services and had to call to obtain towels etc. Thank goodness they give you an extra roll of toilet paper because it was like using tissue paper. The food in the restaurants used to be so delicious and this trip was very marginal and sometimes cold. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub being closed. We stay for the amenities and proximity to everything, and unfortunately for the price, it just isn’t worth it.

The Omni was a great pick for our long weekend getaway. From our arrival to our departure. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious and the self parking was convenient and safe. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was one of my choices to stay in Dallas and definitely was worth it all the way. Loved everything about this hotel including downtown view, Bobs steakhouse is a must. Their coffee shop is amazing.
