"The staff and the service at the property were outstanding, they were very special with us the whole time, had several surprise gifts as it was our anniversary, and did our room twice a day. It’s an all-inclsuive with a smaller feel which is great. The rooms are in good shape, the restaurants are good and the pool is nice. However, in practice the hotel had no beach as it was fully covered in sargassum. They drove us to a nice beach 5-min away but they have no all-inclusive service there....
