"ARE YOU KIDDING ME???! the property was closed and you didn't even know!!!! After one and half hour searching for the property that nobody knew, plus an hour trying to get it sort out with your rep over the phone ...THAT WAS NO HELP AT ALL... you have the audacity to send two emails asking how my trip was??? I have been doing business with expedia for the longest time and to tell you the truth my last 2 experiences have bee awful! GET TO KNOW YOUR PROPERTIES!!!! hire more staff to get better...
