We’ve stayed in this hotel a number of times over the years because the location is unbeatable. A short walk from the shopping area (Cabot circus) but in a lovely quiet yet central location just off Park Street. Loads of restaurants and bars close by and only a short walk from Cabot Tower and onwards to Clifton. Stunning building and beautifully decorated for Christmas! Carpark is convenient and secure underneath hotel at a decent price. We were able to check in early (very much appreciated!) and were upgraded to a lovely room overlooking the cathedral (also much appreciated!). Quiet rooms and great choice at breakfast. Only let down was the bathroom, shower tray felt a bit unstable and bathroom was not the same standard as rest of the hotel. Also bed was very hard but understandably that’s a personal preference. Overall, would recommend and will continue to return. Thanks!

Beautiful property and area of Bristol was very nice. Mattress was a bit old and TV was very old. Otherwise room was nice with complementary nespresso coffee, tea bags and cream.

Great location, right on side of College Green and just minutes from the Harbour main locations. Lots of restaurants, shops etc very close. Good transport links. We were there when there were some concerns about planned marches in the city and we were given sensible advice to ensure we were aware and safe. Only negative, noise between rooms was surprisingly frequent and more disturbing than I would have expected.
