Lovely old building. Clean room and friendly staff. Easy check in. Rooms a little dated but nothing bad Pictures of room when booking showed a bath in bathroom which I specifically wanted - the room only had shower and was told I should have requested a room with a bath - that was the only negative

Excellent hotel in a great location
We had a great 2 night stay at the Victoria square. Room was clean, comfortable and airy. Breakfast for £13pp was superb value - quality ingredients, fresh and delicious. We will definitely be staying here again on another visit to Bristol.

The staff were phenomenal, Rachel, I believe her name was, was so welcoming the night we got there, so chatty and friendly, she made it seem like a home away from home, especially since we were so far away from home. The room was beautiful and so clean, I could’ve just lived in there forever, and the breakfast staff the morning after were so unbelievably kind, made sure we were well attended to, we definitely will be back next time we’re down there. I must say, the car park was slightly hard to find 😂 but that could have just been me, apart from that it was everything we could have asked for and more

My third stay here and once again excellent. Fabulous service and very clean and comfortable. Parking does tend to fill up but we have always managed to find a place. East]y walk to Clifton village across the square and to the lovely shops and cafes
