But this time; the outside hot tub was freezing, the TV in the room was broken (remote worked but slow to no response from TV) and no welcome cookie! All just a bit disappointing. Food in the restaurant was nice though.

Stunning hotel looks wise to drive up to, very impressive Parking was easy, but paid Quite a large hotel and difficult to navigate if not stayed there before Room was nice, toilet a bit 'grubby', but not bad Restaurant was cosy, but for food just in the bar was quite high-end and expensive Overall a good hotel and would stay again

Excellent stay
We had a very comfortable stay before our flight from Bristol airport. The chap in the pizza restaurant was especially friendly, very helpful and overall made us feel very at ease with two young children and a take away pizza option. The pool facilities were great and the hotel reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Lovely place in lovely grounds, great food, very good service from the staff and the added bonus of the swimming pool and spa. You pay a bit extra for this of course, but it's still good value for money.
