I asked for a late check out which I was given without a problem which was much appreciated. The Gym was handy. I had a room overlooking the main road which wasn't a problem. Overall a good experience.

The hotel is a short walk away from Temple Mead station and Harbourside (also with bus stops close by) - convenient and quiet. The staff members were very helpful during our stay and our room was clean and comfortable. Lots of great breakfast options around the hotel (independent bakeries and cafes) if you fancy venturing out in the morning. There is also a Sainsbury Local nearby which is handy. All in all very good value for money!

Second time staying here. Room was spacious with enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was clean. Good location with parking nearby for a charge. No real complaints other than our room not being refreshed but we were only away for a few hours before returning. Will be staying again

Property was nice and modern and convenient. The only minor downside was that our too Was roasting hot in the afternoon sun as the air conditioner was not turned on before check in and the room took quite some time to cool down so we had to go and sit somewhere else to wait for it to cool rather than relax in our room as planned

The bed linen was musty, pillows were uniformly hard and lumpy and it was a shame that for a hotel trading on its eco credentials that the duvet was so warm and heavy that I had to use the air con to get to sleep. Overlooking a major road, I'd have liked the double glazing in the room to have shut out more of the traffic noise. I was expecting something better for the amount I paid.
