"The receptionist from Portugal, Marie on arrival was very helpful checking me in. She showed a real interest in my break which I appreciated. The hotel is close to the train station. Very good breakfast and comfortable rooms "

"Booked this last minute for our wedding anniversary, I added a message on booking to say as such. When checking in we got a free room upgrade and a two complimentary drinks. Room and bed were large, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. Had robes and slippers(needed as bathroom tiles were cold!) "

"Stayed here in a twin room on the third floor for one night on a Saturday night. Beds were comfortable, no noise in the Hotel or outside and slept well. En-Suite was small but clean & functional with a good shower, shampoo,conditioner and gel plus towels. Great range of food for self-service breakfast including hot food. Not sure if they cover dietary requirements. Came in by Train at Bristol Temple Meads. This Hotel is perfectly placed - < 10 min walk and parked the car at the Train station...

"Staff was very professional, welcoming and polite. Really good location- walkable distance to train station (5mins) without the noise of trains and city centre is 10 mins walk. Highly recommended. "
