"As a solo traveller, this was the perfect flat for my stay. Check in was simple and the building felt very secure. It was still warm when I arrived so the addition of the two fans were life savors. This flat is on the top floor which allows a lovely view but you will need to walk up some stairs since the elevator stops at the 3rd floor. Front office staff very pleasant, even considering the high volume of check ins and check outs that happen each day. Near a metro station and across from Kensington Garden (we enjoyed the view of the Garden from our room on an upper floor). Suggestions: The Bar/Restaurant bathrooms get a pretty high volume and need to be cleaned more frequently...
