"The original architecture in the public areas is striking. The quality of the chesterfield sofas and chairs were so comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly and efficient. Special mention to Carmen and Manuela, two of the breakfast staff who are so good at their job and share a tremendous work ethic with a smile. When we came down for breakfast on our second morning they knew what we drank and that I liked my toast put through the machine twice. When we return to London we will be staying at this Hotel. The one criticism is the size of the room. We booked a Deluxe Double Room only to find it is so small there isn't room for a chair."

"I really enjoyed this property. It was my first time in London. The staff was very helpful, they served my room daily, gave me a nice breakfast option daily. When my flight home was canceled due to a transformer fire near Heathrow, they extended me for 2 days at fair price.I highly recommend this place "

"Service: I cannot fault the service. All employees were extremely respectful, polite and happy to help. Front of house when checking in were extremely lovely to deal with. They upgraded our rooms and provided adjoining rooms. Rooms: rooms were modern, clean and had the essentials for a trip to London. They were on the smaller side however this isn’t a make or break given the coziness. The bedsheets and bed were 10/10. The comfiest bed and the softest sheets I have experienced in a hotel. The bathrooms were so fluffy and soft, a pleasure to put on. The shower was stand alone which was nice. Location: I was only in the hotel for 1 night due to a family member being admitted to st Mary’s hospital on our trip. I personally wouldn’t find the location great but for a 5 star, exceptional attentive service, super clean, modern and comfy hotel I could overlook location. I would recommend. "
