Very accessible to public transportation to explore the city, while providing a comfortable, quiet area of rest with many dining options and mini marts within walking distance. Staff was also very helpful with questions about public transportation. I am especially grateful for how accommodating and kind they were when Heathrow had the unexpected shutdown and I had to extend my stay."

"Good hotel in a great area for walking around Hyde park or shopping along Oxford street. Lancaster gate tube station underneath was a real plus too. The prompt room service and tasty food that came with it was also a selling point. Only shortfall we found was the limited options for food choices at breakfast as two individuals with specific dietary requirements. Also cost for breakfast is a little exoensive so food out nearby is probably cheaper; we did this on two days over our stay."
