"Just stayed for 3 nights in B01, the basement room with kitchenette. Great location, quiet, housekeeping and remote staff were on it. You just have to appreciate the deal you’re getting for the location and the kitchenette. It’s older, but you’re in Hyde Park London. Gorgeous street, responsive team. The bedding could be softer, the pillows could be better, but for the price it was far beyond what I expected. Very safe and quiet with everything you need a quick walk away. I would absolutely stay...

"I stayed at this location October 2023. I was excited to return. Downside is currently the hotel's restaurantis only serving Continetal Breakfast. Upside, The Leinster Arms is around the corner and they have a wonderful menu. History Enthusiasts would be interested to know the Lancaster became the Douglas House. Early Who fans might be interested to know this was a club that The Detours played at often. I am looking forward to returning soon."

"It was spot on for all I needed it for. The TV didn't work and the handle looked like it was about to fall off the shower, but other than that it was absolutely spot on for a place to rest your head."

"My trip was a social trip meeting up with friends. The staff at check in were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable although the bed base was a little worn around the edges. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice from cooked, pastries, and cereal. "

"All staff were very attentive, breakfast was great, and the room was clean with lots of amenities. The only issues were; lack of a two pin plug in the bathroom, a broken usb c plug on one side of the bed, no mirrors near plug sockets (could not easily style hair using a hair dryer), also the sound of talking and closing doors in the hall and talking outside the window was fairly loud. Despite these issues I would choose to stay here again."

"I really enjoyed this property. It was my first time in London. The staff was very helpful, they served my room daily, gave me a nice breakfast option daily. When my flight home was canceled due to a transformer fire near Heathrow, they extended me for 2 days at fair price.I highly recommend this place "
