"The hotel was great for a place to rest and sleep. Rooms were comfortable and area was quiet and conveniently close to the Bayswater and Queensway underground entrances. Lots of restaurants and convient stores close by as well for a snack or coffee run. I only knocked 1 star on cleanliness for the dust in our room- it was the worst on top of the shower door and in on the lower shelf of the end table like it hadn’t been dusted in a while but otherwise was perfect. If we come back to London, we’d definitely stay again. "

"Stayed here for the second time and we had a lovely stay, the hotel is in a great location, close to paddington station which makes it easy to get around London, the beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! (I miss it). I will certainly be staying here again. "
