"L7 is centrally located to everything making it very easy to walk short distances to do all the popular things in Chicago. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were excellent! No complaints about anything. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant so we can’t review that, but there are many restaurants all around the hotel to meet everyone’s taste and budget. We will stay here again. "

"Awesome staff they are the sweetest & very helpful. Room was nice and spacious and property was very cozy. My complaints are mainly for the bathroom. We took cold showers our entire stay because the water would not get hot. Also the shower and sink counter space is very small. Also our toilet somewhat would leak every time you flushed it which was kind of gross & unsanitary. Aside from that the stay was cool, most of my stars are for the staff!!"

"The hotel was nice. It has a terrance, heated pool, and gym. The rooms were simple, no mini fridge or microwave, beds were comfortable. For some reason the cleaning person kept knocking on our doors in the morning before checking out. The area near the hotel is okay, but if you go towards 7/11 next door there seems to be very shady buisness. Stay was okay but I expected more from the cost of the location. "
