"Hotel is in a good spot for walking the city. There’s a fire dept down the road and it is very busy and noisy! Staff was friendly and helpful. Elevator got stuck while we were in it for 20 minutes which was not fun but thankful they got it running again. No free breakfast but we ate at the restaurant in the lobby twice and it was excellent "

"A nice, clean, quiet and safe place. It was a quick, easy walk to Grant Park, the Museum Campus and Soldier Field. A medium-easy walk to the Art Institute or Willis Tower. A few restaurants and a bar or two within about a three-block radius. We liked everything about it and would stay there again. At least for our stay, it was cheaper than all the other hotels in the immediate area. "

"Our family of 5 just had a wonderful 6 night stay! Our corner suite was very clean. Giant floor to ceiling windows gave us wonderful views and entertained the 3 year old! Bathroom was spacious and extremely clean and shiny. Very comfortable beds. We were able to walk to Shedd Aquarium and Field Museum. Parking is valet only. I was very nervous about using valet parking , but the valet staff was friendly, quick, efficient, and our car was handled with care! In and out privileges was a big...
