"I loved my stay at Found Chicago! The logistical communication was easy to understand and implement, and I liked that it was contactless. It was nice to use my PIN code for room entrance instead of keeping track of a key. The WiFi was sufficient for remote meetings on my laptop. "We loved our stay in Little Italy at the Neighborhood Hotel. We had 2 rooms with each room’s kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need. Great local dining options. Italian deli across the street, great bar, the Embassy, next door! Close to transport/hiways. My only knock on Neighborhood Hotels is the confirmation process left me wondering if I had indeed booked two rooms through Expedia. Only text communication and only after checkin did I get confirmation on second room. "

"Initially we had an issue with access. However, I used the chat function on the Sonder App and had an immediate response with a new access code. They were very helpful. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Ideally positioned for sightseeing. Everything in walking distance. Fabulous breakfast at Goddess & The Bakery next door. "Great stay. The owners are very communicative. We checked in easily with the door staff. We arrived early and the door staff was helpful and allowed us to store our bags and explore the area. The inside matches the pictures. The outside has to been seen day or night to appreciate the pictures. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. (A grocery store is ten steps away from downstairs entry.) the bathrooms were clean. The washer and drier are very useful. It is a two story unit....
