The facilities are excellent and even though they are not new, they are in perfect order and condition. Staying here will save you money for transport and food because you can choose from thousands of options to travel around Tokyo. The panoramic elevators are another plus."

"Our family of four stayed here for four nights. The location is excellent, with easy access to Shibuya and Harajuku on foot, as well as proximity to Shibuya station. Rooms are small as expected in Tokyo. Service at the on site restaurant is very slow, but food is good (breakfast better than dinner). Staff were nice but not overly accomodating. "This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel and I have loved it every single time. Staff is wonderful and helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious enough for two people if you aren't too picky. Everything in the room is nice and clean. Will stay here again."
