Lovely quiet hotel with friendly staff. Walking distance to a number of train lines and also the Tokyo Dome City. Many restaurants nearby in addition to the two that are in the hotel. We ate at both and they were very good.

This location was perfect for people who need a break from the busy-ness of Tokyo. Quiet, subway not too crazy, near Tokyo Dome too (for food and shopping). Room was large and decorated in a westernized Japanese motif. Large bathroom (separate toilet, dual sinks and shower/Hinoki tub room). We got the morning breakfast which was very good.

For the last fifteen years I have stayed at this hotel when I come to Tokyo for business. Ms. Ito, the manager, and her staff have been more than helpful and efficient. The massage chair is a big plus. I can also relax in the 3rd floor where chairs facing garden and listen to the sound of water. The room is small but sufficient and comfortable with touch of Japanese interior.

Property is a quaint little Japanese modern vibe hotel. The signature room comes with 3 beds and it’s comfortable & clean. Layout is comfortable and has room to walk around if staying with small children. Shower is the best feature in this room category - it’s modern and ronnovated. The only complaint is their washer/dryer facility - for a hotel that size, they can afford to put in a newer set of washer / dryer and a little bigger in size wouldn’t hurt. As it is convenient to have laundry facility in the building but they have - set, it’s small and it’s not efficient at all: The dryer takes over 4 hours to dry a batch of clothes … sounds ridiculous but that’s because it’s so old. They ought to reallly change out a newer and more efficient model. In addition, when you check in, they give 2,000 yen to use towards your purchases at the hotel. It doesn’t really pay towards anything except to force you to buy their breakfast, which cost about 4,000 yen. Rather as a welcome gift, they should just give out 2 free breakfast vouchers so it is convenient for families who are staying here coming from out of the country can have a nice breakfast the next day, without having to venture out to find food for breakfast. A thought for the hotel to make it better. All in all, we enjoyed our trip in Japan.

It is truly very clean. I love the personal pajamas laid out on our bed every evening. I accidentally scratched my finger and they immediately took out their first aid kit. So helpful with directions and recommendations. The only thing is - the rooms are tiny and we booked a room for 3..and with 3 beds in one room- there was no space for all our suitcases. The food was good - but it was the same thing ever single day for the 7 days we were there...Overall, I would still recommend this place.

This property is all around excellent. It has larger room sizes, very friendly and helpful staff, and a very safe surrounding area (I am a female and walked later at night and would do it again solo). A huge perk for us was the super close transit options. The main yellow train line is a 5min walk, and there are 2 subway options 7min and 10min walk. There is a decent size grocery market at the corner one block away, and Family Mart or 7-11 on the way to the transit stations. We loved how this hotel's location was only a 15min train ride from 3 major areas we wanted to visit (Asakusa, Shibuya, Shinjuku). We will absolutely come back to this hotel.
