"Property was a little hard to find as there wasn't clear signage. Rooms had steps in them so it wasn't easy to move luggage in and out of the room. Electrical outlets were also not placed in convenient locations for charging devices or connecting the kettle to boil water. Cups were placed in cupboards high up, a little hard for a 5 footer to retrieve. Other than that, facilities were great, service was excellent and helpful. I have stayed at other Section L aparthotels and didn't have the same...

"Our stay was good, clean room, heater helped for the cold days. It kept our room warm. The closest park is 15 mins away so if you have small children or pets there aren’t many parks available. "It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. I think the responsibility of keeping the key safe shows that my belongings are safe, no matter how long they sit in my room ☆ I also recommend speaking to the manager if you see him...
