It’s a nice quiet area, away from the chaos and we’re happy we stayed here. Easily only a 20-25 minute train ride from shibuya, harajuku, akihabara, etc. "

"We love this hotel. This is the second time we stayed. Everything was excellent. Our children love it the most. Connected to a mall with lots of restaurants, fun shops, arcade. Great spa and onsen, good buffet, free airport shuttle service, close to train station, and well-staffed. The only con was the type of room we want wasn't available (4 single bed). The alt room (2 single, 2 tatami mats) was cute but we are not used to sleeping on hard floor so it was very uncomfortable."
