"Let’s get the negative out in the open first! Yes you can hear all the street noise and music playing. I stayed here during Carnival, and it was loud! It also continued til 6am. That said, the hotel did email me in advance about the noise, so it was my choice to stay. I’m glad I did, Santa Cruz knows how to party! The hotel even provided glitter beads so I could join in the experience. Yes, the hotel could do with some secondary glazing but that’s the only negative I have. It is a lovely hotel....

Location is very central to Las Americas strip which is good for walking to restaurants but meant very noisy at night so struggled to sleep.
