"Struggled to check in but once we foind phone no and they communicated with us by WhatsApp because we didn’t speak Spanish and they didn’t speak English they were able to sort everything out. We are retired ladies not used to everything digital but we have learned a lot. We felt very safe Staff were friendly and helpful and we somehow managed to communicate ok. Room clean and comfortable. "We came to the Ritz-Carlton, Abama on our honeymoon and, what else can we say…? It truly exceeded our expectations. Paula, the guest concierge agent, was phenomenal. She made our stay unique and special. Thank you! The resort is stunning. The views of the ocean are breath-taking. The restaurants were exquisite. The staff was so friendly. I could go on and on.
