"Outstanding attention to details "

"I booked my daughter & I into this hotel for 3 nights, long story, but I had to fly out to Tenerife because she broke her leg; the staff in this hotel were brilliant with our needs; they leant us a wheelchair, and saw to all our needs & gave us a courtesy room while we waited for our taxi after checking out. It’s a lovely clean, warm & friendly hotel, all the staff are were accommodating. The pool area is brilliant too. I would say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in."

"Good place and good view to the beach , good breakfast options and easy access to the beach and also many restaurants. Only downside for me is the access to parking was very narrow and internet access is not good at the Fromm takes only in reception and few places hence the average rating "

"Our room was good and bed was comfortable. Only stayed for one night, so we didn't have much time to enjoy rooftop pool etc. However there were few issues. We had Deluxe room and there wasn't amenities as marked. Reception tried to charge extra for safetybox, no cava service, slippers, bathrobe or newspapers. These all was mentioned in room description on hotels website. Minibar was sad with lack of choices. Breakfast service super slow with coffee. Definitely not worth the 223 euros per...
