I got food poisoning on day 2 from 7 day trip. Hotel staff were not helpful is providing medical help just pointed my husband to pharmacy. When i was well day 4 i went to receptio. To tell them my experience and i asked him what they will do to prevent it happening again. He said get a blood test prove it was us also many english try sue us. I told him i wasnt interested in sueing just preventing it from happening to anyone else. They reset tables ing resterant with the unused cutley on the tables, my son got a hot dog it was grey and cold i have to stop him from eating it. The plastic glasses by the pool for self serve are filfy when complaining to the towel guy he said i know i have asked them to sort this out bit keeps being the same we are also expected to use them many of us bring our own bottles. Wow!!! I rang expedia to help me move hotel on day 2 apparently they struggled to reach the hotel i checked out on day 4 the hotel approved with me to refund the last two days but expedia apparently still cant reach them to get my refund regardless of me sending an email direct from hotel approving the refund. Apparently they have to reach the hotel from the contact number and email they have on there database which after checking with the hotel is incorrectly. I have told expedia and so have the hotel over my phone but still expedia have not helped me. I was let down by the hotel and by expedia. Expedia you should be ashamed of yourselves you have let down a loyal customer!!!
