"Kooky building with a rooftop terrace that's good for eating and relaxing. Friendly staff. We had a private double room with it's own bathroom that was perfect. Only downside, small kitchen that's a squeeze once a few people want to prep / cook. Also barely any space to store food. Took a peek at the dorm rooms and they look a squeeze. Parking is on the streets nearby which are VERY busy in the evening, so took a fair bit of searching to find a space."

"Really pleasant stay. We booked Alma Hostel on the day was an hour's notice. Check in was less than a minute and done online. Key codes are provided within a minute of check-in. "I booked a room at this hostel. I arrived 9pm at night. The hostel manager said they were fully booked so I had to look for alternative accommodation which was expensive. I requested a refund . Expedia had no reply from owner/manager after a few attempts at contacting the Guest house and so I was told I could not get my refund. If this sort of thing can happen then I will not use Expedia again. This is very unfair and unacceptable "

"Great place with super friendly staff. Ideal for families and not far from Sian park and the bus station. I booked it for two nights as a last minute thing and we loved it. We had everything we needed at the resort and the apartment was spacious and fully equipped. We had access to the private pool as well as to the main one which has the bar near by. It was our first time in Tenerife and we'll definitely come back for a longer stay!!"
