"The pool, breakfast & bar area provided a good choice of food & drink options The room we stayed in was large & very clean. Unfortunately, the room had a kettle, but lacked any tea or coffee cups. The tv reception was poor on ocassion. Our main issue, was the NOISE, situated close to the Hard Rock Cafe, the room should have sound proof windows!! We should have been told & received the option to move!! "

"This was my second time at Hotel Zentral. I like that it's in between Los Cristianos and Playa de las americas. About 5-7mins in both directions from the hotel. Hotel was very clean and the receptionist staff were all very friendly and helpful. It has a lovely roof top area, with amazing views of the mountain on one side and the sea on the other. "This Hotel is not worth anywhere near what we paid. Rooms were tired and outdated. Old scabby blankets and bed sheets. Shower that you had to keep stopping or it overflows out of the basin. I requested a pool view months before travel and they didn’t even try to help. The buffet was basic and slapped together. We are breakfast and didn’t bother with other meals.
